PhD student at Leinbiz-HKI, department of infection immunology. My project name is "GSDME function and regulation in T-cells". The goal of my project is to investigate the function and regulation of a recently found pore-forming protein GSDME in T-cells, how it affects effector functions of T-cells and what is the physiological and clinical relevance of this structure.

I am a Phd student at the Institute for virology and Immunobiology, University of Wuerzburg.

Within the de.NBI project my functions in the de.NBI-SysBio node comprise content curation, requirements elicitation, and community engagement for the users of biochemical reaction kinetics database SABIO-RK as well as of the data management platform SEEK.
